Knowing that, we manage deadlines efficiently by hiring talented workers who we incentivize financially based on the timeliness and quality of their of work. Our staff consists only of experienced professionals each with 5+ years in the industry, and we are insured, licensed by NYC and certified by the EPA. Our organization is also a member of the United States Green Building Council and that means we are educated on the latest trends and best practices in green construction and renovation.

We only use materials and supplies that are Green Seal 11 or Greenguard Certified (unless you, as the client, prefer otherwise)

Our management staff is trained and certified in construction site safety, having completed programs accredited by OSHA.

Licensed and Insured

STO General Contractors are licensed by New York City and certified by the EPA, and our staff undergoes safety training on a yearly basis. In addition, to secure your confidence in us handling your project we maintain a general liability insurance policy with coverage of $1,000,000.

Flexible Work and Payment Planning

Financing large projects can be a difficult task, one that we intend to aleviate by offering our clients flexible work and payment planning. It works quite simply, the client and our team leader create a detailed timetable of tasks that will be completed each week and agree on a payment plan. Thus, payment of the balance that remains after the initial deposit will be made at set intervals after all tasks set forth in the agreed upon plan are completed.
